Perfect Roast Potatoes
Mobile devices: Turn to landscape for the full view of a video.
Instructions:
- Pick out the small potatoes.
- Pre-heat your oven to 200°C. If you're roasting something in the oven already on a lower heat, you can still roast the potatoes, you'll just have to leave them in for at least 15 mins longer but take them out once crispy golden brown.
- Boil in a pot, leave to boil for 12 minutes or until flaky.
- Place in a roasting dish and oil the potatoes.
- Oil the potatoes with the remaining oil in the dish every 15 mins. See the method used in the video.
- Ready after 60 mins or until the outer layer is crispy golden brown.
