Spicy Potato Wedges

What you'll need:
- The amount of these ingredients depends on how many you'd like to prepare. Once you cut your first potato you'll have an idea of how many you'll end up with.
- Potatoes
- Chinese 5 spice seasoning
- Olive Oil
- Baking Tray

Instructions:
- Peel potatoes and chop into desired sizes. In the video right/below I cut them very thinly, only because I prefer them that way. You should cut them to your preference.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C/Gas mark 6
- Pour 1 tsp of olive oil and 1 tsp Chinese 5 spice into small separate bowls. Toss at least 5 wedges at a time in the olive oil first, then transfer the other bowl and toss in the spices.
- Place onto a lightly oiled baking tray, and repeat the process with the rest of your wedges.
- Once you begin to run out of olive oil or spice in your bowls, just top them up with a bit more.
- Bake in the oven for 30 mins, turning occasionally.
